The microcomputer-controlled high-strength bolt tension-torsion testing machine, also known as the high-strength bolt tester, generates axial tension during bolt torsion and can measure the preload force, tightening axial force, torque, torsion angle, torque coefficient, and more. It also provides test curves such as torque/axial force vs. torsion angle and torque/axial force vs. time. Designed and manufactured according to requirements specified in GB/T50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering," this tester can detect the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30), with functions for display and printing. When the axial force reaches the standard value, the machine automatically stops and reverses to release the sample, automatically calculating and displaying the torque coefficient based on the measured axial force and torque, while displaying curves for axial force, torque, and torque coefficient. After completing a set of tests, the machine automatically calculates averages for N samples including axial force, torque, and torque coefficient, as well as standard deviation and coefficient of variation, which can be stored, retrieved, and printed at any time. With an optional special torque-shear wrench, it can also measure the axial force (preload) of shear-type high-strength bolt assemblies (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) after twisting off (this wrench requires special ordering).
The device features a horizontal floor-standing structure, computer-controlled automation, the FTS3.0 precision testing system, large-torque reducer, high-rigidity linear guide rails, high-precision bidirectional torsion sensor, and high-accuracy axial sensor for detecting torque and axial force. It offers high frame rigidity, stable and reliable performance, uniform and impact-free loading, accurate data acquisition and control, precise test results, high automation, and long service life. Controlled by computer throughout the entire process including pre-tightening, loading, unloading, and resetting, it is an ideal testing equipment for quality inspection, scientific research institutions, wind power and photovoltaic industries, factories and mines, construction machinery, colleges and universities, electric power towers, petrochemical industry, bridges, dams, and other fields.
