Specialized Bolt Tester for the Wind Power Industry (High-Strength Bolts)

The high-strength bolt tester specifically designed for the wind power industry is primarily used for the inspection of large-sized bolts in this sector. It can test and display, as well as print, parameters such as the tightening axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, tightening rotation angle, total friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, and bearing surface friction coefficient of large hex head high-strength bolt assemblies (M33–M64).

The high-strength bolt tester for the wind power industry is mainly used for testing large-sized bolts in wind power applications. It can measure and print the axial clamping force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, tightening angle, total friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, and bearing surface friction coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies (M33–M64). After completing a set of tests, the tester automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for N samples. This equipment is primarily used for testing large steel structures and large wind power bolts.

This detector is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant requirements including GB/T32076.7-2015 "Preloaded high-strength bolted connections for structural joints - Part 7: Large hexagon bolt and nut assemblies for M39-M64", GB/T1231-2006 "Technical specifications for high-strength large hexagon bolts, nuts and washers for steel structures", GB/T16823.3-2010 "Fasteners - Torque-clamping force testing", ISO16047-2013 "Fasteners - Torque/clamp force testing", GB/T16823.2-1997 "General rules for fastener tightening", GB/T50205 "Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures", NB/T31082-2016 "High-strength bolt assemblies for wind turbine tower applications", GB/T3098.1-2010 "Mechanical properties of fasteners - Bolts, screws and studs", and GB50205-2001 "Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures". It can detect, display and print the tightening axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, tightening angle, total friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, and bearing surface friction coefficient of large hexagon high-strength bolt assemblies (M33-M64).

Structural features: The axial force sensor and torque sensor of this device both adopt a direct measurement structure, effectively avoiding various errors caused by indirect transmission structures, resulting in more accurate readings.
