The WDW-200 scaffold coupler universal testing machine is a classic and practical model developed by our company, and currently our main production model. With two new upgrades in design, both the mainframe structure and the measurement and control system have undergone significant technical improvements, offering a more rational structure and more comprehensive functions. It is a new generation electronic universal testing machine for steel pipe couplers with leading technology in the industry.

This testing machine features a four-column structure with two precision ball screws securing the upper crosshead and worktable. It uses an AC servo motor and driver connected via a synchronous toothed belt to drive two pairs of high-precision, backlash-free screws, enabling smooth vertical movement of the middle crosshead.
