After-sales Service

1. Warranty Coverage

(1) The main unit of the testing machine is under warranty for one year, with lifelong service.

2. Training

(1) Upon the testing machine's arrival at the buyer's site, our personnel will be present for debugging. We will provide free training for 1-2 operators from the buyer, which can take place either at the buyer's company or at our company.

(2) The training must ensure the correct use of the testing machine, software operation, general maintenance, and troubleshooting.

3. Maintenance Service

(1) Consultation service: The supplier will provide telephone or written answers to any questions regarding product use at any time.

(2) During the warranty period for faults, the supplier will provide a fault resolution plan within 72 hours and notify the user. If the issue cannot be resolved, standard equipment can be replaced free of charge, with all round-trip costs borne by us, excluding non-standard equipment.

(3) For faults or damages caused by human factors or natural disasters during the warranty period, only the cost of repairs will be charged.

4. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

(1) Faults or damages caused by improper operation, human factors, or natural disasters.

(2) Damages resulting from unauthorized disassembly or modification of parts (such as microcomputers, main units, circuits, etc.) without our consent.

(3) Unauthorized installation of virus-infected software, arbitrary deletion of computer files, or use of self-extracting registration codes that cause the testing machine to malfunction.
