I. Product Overview

The Shandong Huayan Bolt Anti-Slip Coefficient Tester is primarily used for detecting the anti-slip coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) and slip plates. It features four physical channels and 24 logical channels across six groups. The device includes parameter backup and recovery functions, automatic calibration, and, in accordance with the testing requirements for high-strength bolts, it also offers peak hold functionality, average value calculation for multiple bolts, standard deviation, and other features.

To facilitate connectivity with computers, an RS232 interface is provided, allowing data transmission to a computer (this function requires special ordering) for further processing and printing of test reports.
