Nut Locking Performance Testing Machine

Shandong Huayan Nut Locking Performance Testing Machine is primarily used to measure the maximum torque (or moment) during the first installation of self-locking nuts, and the minimum torque during the last removal after 5 (or 15, or other specified) cycles of installation and removal.

The Shandong Huayan Nut Locking Performance Testing Machine is mainly used to detect the maximum torque (or moment) when a self-locking nut is screwed in for the first time, and the minimum torque during the final unscrewing after 5 (or 15 or other) cycles of screwing in and out. Controlled automatically by a computer with motor loading, it automatically measures the maximum and minimum torque. The number of screwing cycles can be freely set, and test curves are also provided. It is widely used in factories, mines, aviation, aerospace, scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments, and other manufacturing and user departments for testing the locking performance of self-locking nuts.
