An electric torque shear wrench, as the name implies, is an essential tool for tightening torque-shear spline head bolts. It assists in installing and removing bolts and nuts while providing relatively precise control over the tightening torque. By utilizing the bolt's preset torque, the wrench can shear off the spline head of the bolt once the specified torque is reached. The torque accuracy and axial tension are ensured by the bolt's V-shaped notch designed for preset torque. It offers greater torque during assembly and disassembly, making it safer and more reliable than manual methods. It is convenient, aesthetically pleasing, practical, and easy to carry along in vehicles. For the initial tightening of torque-shear high-strength bolts, an impact electric wrench or a preset torque wrench can be used. However, the final tightening must be done with a torque shear wrench, making it specifically designed for the final tightening of torque-shear high-strength bolts. The primary purpose of the torque shear wrench is to break off the spline head of the torque-shear high-strength bolt. During operation, align the wrench head with the bolt head, pull the trigger to start the process. Within seconds, the spline head of the bolt will be twisted off. Then, withdraw the wrench and pull the trigger to eject the spline head, completing the task.
The full set includes six sockets, enabling the final tightening and shearing of torque-shear high-strength bolts in six specifications: M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30.
