It meets the requirements of JJG 583-88 and JB/T7408-94 and also adopts the ASTM E643-2008 standard to evaluate the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips during testing. Features:

1. This cupping test machine adopts a new structural principle with a servo motor providing constant speed loading, enabling precise constant rate control. The stamping process is controlled by a microcontroller, allowing stepless speed adjustment and pre-setting of stamping speed (previously, hydraulic cylinder systems could not achieve constant rate control).

2. The clamping force is independently applied by a hydraulic oil source, adjustable, displayed by a hydraulic gauge, and can be calibrated separately.

3. The force measurement device has replaced the previous hydraulic sensor with a spoke-type sensor, and the measurement of the Erichsen value is now done using an encoder. During the test, the movement of the punch adopts our company's proprietary low-friction moving device. The perfect matching of the measuring device (high-precision spoke-type sensor for direct force measurement), the loading device, and the control program has effectively solved the problem of poor repeatability in previous test data, significantly improving the accuracy and reliability of the Erichsen value measurement. This advancement also provides a reliable basis for implementing the new national metrological verification regulation and test method for Erichsen testing machines in China.

4. The cupping die is easy to replace, and the specimen can be loaded and unloaded conveniently. After placing the specimen, pressing the auto button completes the clamping process. Test parameters can be input and modified. The stamping process uses PID control, and the system automatically stops the test when a drop in punch force indicates a crack in the specimen. An observation window is provided for easy crack detection. For ultra-thin materials, the test can be manually stopped. Test data is displayed on an LCD screen with peak value memory, including maximum punch force and cupping value. Test results can be stored, and the deformation height is automatically memorized. After each test, the system automatically returns to the ready state.
