MRS-10G Lever-Type Four-Ball Friction Tester:It is a next-generation product developed by our company that can replace the MRS-10D electro-hydraulic servo four-ball machine, featuring three key indicators: non-seizure load PB, welding load PD, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ.
The machine can also perform long-duration anti-wear tests on lubricants and measure the coefficient of friction. When connected to a computer, it can record friction force and temperature curves. With special friction attachments, it can also conduct rolling friction tests, simulated wear tests between various materials, end-face wear tests, and steel ball rolling fatigue tests.
Our company's developed and manufactured lever-type four-ball friction tester can continuously apply test forces. In addition to the standard force levels required by the test method, users can freely set the desired test force via computer, fully achieving the functionality of an electro-hydraulic servo four-ball machine.
