The GPM-40 microcomputer-controlled rolling contact fatigue test bench is used to simulate failure tests under working conditions of rolling contact components such as bearings, wheel rims, and rollers. It applies a constant load to specimens undergoing rolling or rolling plus sliding contact, causing cyclic contact stress on their surfaces. By controlling and varying parameters such as load, speed, slip ratio, time, friction pair materials, surface roughness, and hardness, the test evaluates the comprehensive performance of the specimen materials. It meets the requirements of the standard GB10622-89, "Test Method for Rolling Contact Fatigue of Metallic Materials."
