GPM-60 Rolling Fatigue Friction and Wear Testing Machine

1. Product Use The GPM-60 microcomputer-controlled rolling contact fatigue test bench is primarily used to simulate friction failure tests of rolling contact materials. It applies a constant load to specimens under rolling or rolling plus sliding contact, subjecting their contact surfaces to cyclic linear or point friction contact pressures. By controlling and varying parameters such as load, speed, slip ratio, time, friction counterpart material, surface roughness, and hardness, the test bench evaluates the friction fatigue life of materials.

1.Product Application

The GPM-60 microcomputer-controlled rolling contact fatigue testing machine is primarily used to simulate friction failure tests of rolling contact materials. It applies a constant load to specimens under rolling or rolling plus sliding contact, subjecting their contact surfaces to cyclic linear or point friction contact pressures. By controlling and varying parameters such as load, speed, slip ratio, time, friction pair materials, surface roughness, and hardness, the machine evaluates the friction fatigue life of materials.

This machine features a horizontal frame structure, with loading and rotation controlled by an AC servo motor. Each test parameter can be set individually, ensuring convenient operation and accurate, reliable test readings. Through computer control, various parameters can be easily managed, and real-time curves such as friction torque-time, test force-time, friction coefficient-time, and vibration signal-time can be displayed, recorded, saved, and printed.
