The Huayan MXW-1 rotary reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is a new type of friction and wear testing equipment. It is a widely used reciprocating friction and wear testing machine, primarily designed for studying the friction properties of materials or surface coatings. The machine offers advantages such as stable and reliable adjustment of reciprocating stroke, wide adjustment range, high precision in friction force measurement, and diverse test configurations.

The machine's main friction pair uses a standard pin-on-disk configuration, with an optional ball-on-disk setup. Functionally, it can be expanded to include various configurations such as ball-on-disk, reciprocating pin-on-disk, rotating friction, and ring-on-block. The test machine is controlled and monitored by computer, with dedicated high-speed industrial control software developed by Hengxu. This software enables real-time plotting of parameter curves, high-frequency data acquisition, comprehensive safety protection, and effective dynamic monitoring, improving measurement accuracy for friction force and test load. The software includes protection features that trigger shutdown or alarms if parameters exceed preset limits. The instrument is compact and well-designed, easy to install and debug, with a clear, user-friendly interface and convenient operation.
