Conveyor Belt Longitudinal Tensile Testing Machine

This 30-ton microcomputer-controlled vertical conveyor belt longitudinal tensile testing machine is designed by our company in accordance with the standards MT/T668-2008 for flame-resistant steel cord conveyor belts used in coal mines and MT/T318.1-1997 for the technical conditions of mechanical joints of conveyor belts used in coal mines, specifically for longitudinal tensile strength. It can also be used to test mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending, shear, peeling, and tearing of various metals, non-metals, and composite materials.

This 30-ton computer-controlled vertical conveyor belt longitudinal tension testing machine is designed according to the longitudinal tensile strength requirements specified in the standards MT/T668-2008 Flame-retardant Steel Cord Conveyor Belts for Coal Mines and MT/T318.1-1997 Technical Specifications for Mechanical Splices of Conveyor Belts for Coal Mines.It can also be used to test various mechanical properties of metals, nonmetals, and composite materials, including tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, and tearing. The system uses a closed-loop microcomputer control, offering wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, with high precision and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load and displacement.

The testing machine uses a digital AC servo speed control system and motor with high speed control accuracy and stable performance as the driving system. A specially designed synchronous toothed belt reduction system and ball screw pair drive the movement of the machine's movable beam. The control and data processing software, based on database technology and operating on a Windows platform, employs virtual instrument technology to enable on-screen display of test force, force peak, beam displacement, sample deformation, and test curves. All test operations can be completed by mouse input on the computer screen, offering a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. The integrated application of the above technologies ensures closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, sample deformation, and beam displacement, allowing the machine to perform constant force, constant displacement, constant strain, constant rate loading cycle, and constant rate deformation cycle tests.
