The Huayan THW-62 Safety Net UV Preconditioning Chamber is developed and manufactured in accordance with GB 5725-2009 "Safety Nets," primarily used for ultraviolet preconditioning of safety nets.

1. Machine Features

EnclosureThe entire enclosure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel panels.

Temperature sensorUses a high-precision PT100 temperature sensor.

Xenon lampA 450W high-pressure xenon lamp is used (our xenon lamps are co-developed with a xenon lamp manufacturer, with radiation energy identical to imported OSRAM xenon lamps. The spectral graph is nearly identical, with 95% similarity in peak spectrum. Together with high-quality power supply and trigger, data stability is ensured).

Power supply and triggerUses high-quality Korean imported trigger to ensure the timer stops when the xenon lamp is off and prevents lamp explosion.

Temperature control methodAir-cooled design with advanced turbine exhaust on the instrument top effectively increases airflow, offering faster and more stable rotation with enhanced durability. The bottom air intake and top exhaust ensure the test chamber temperature remains consistently below the standard requirement of 60℃.

Cooling systemThe instrument adopts an integrated turbine air duct system. Due to the long test duration of 400 hours, the supply air turbine fan is installed inside the electrical box, cooling the electrical components through air extraction, significantly reducing component failure caused by heat during testing. The airflow is then directed through the duct system from the turbine fan in the electrical box to the xenon lamp surface, ensuring a wind speed of 3 m/s around the lamp to prevent issues such as xenon lamp rupture caused by improper air duct design.

Surveillance systemThe instrument is equipped with a dual system comprising a light intensity monitoring system and a photosensitive sensor. The light intensity monitoring system continuously tracks illumination levels, ensuring timely replacement of the xenon lamp when light intensity decays to ineffective levels, thereby maintaining test validity. If the xenon lamp unexpectedly turns off during testing, the device will automatically stop timing, save the last recorded test time, and resume timing after the xenon lamp is replaced.

Protect the system The equipment is equipped with an internal protection system that automatically cuts off power to all experimental chambers in case of a malfunction, ensuring the safety of the equipment and laboratory. The instrument also has a save function to retain the last recorded time.
