Seat belt static load:
1. Control System: Microcomputer single-chip microcontroller force measurement system. The microcomputer window can display test force values, test status in real time, and automatically maintain the time after reaching the preset force value, without manual intervention, automatically completing the entire test process.
2. Test Process: According to the test requirements for safety belt static load in the national standard "GB6096-2020 Safety Belt Test Methods," all test force values and their holding times have been pre-set into the microcomputer control system. Test personnel do not need to set any parameters, significantly saving testing time.
3. Pressurization System: The system adopts fully automatic pressurization, controlled by a microcomputer for one-button operation. The equipment automatically stops pressurizing once the preset pressure value is reached, and the pressure-holding time starts to count automatically, requiring no manual intervention.
4. Safety Protection Device: Provides effective protection to ensure the safety of personnel during testing.
5. Test Frame: The uniquely designed test frame is easy to assemble and allows for on-site equipment assembly. This frame is a static test frame. If customers have the need to add dynamic load functionality, modifications can be made to this test frame.
