It is primarily used for testing the flame retardancy of safety nets and safety belts. I. Machine Features
Chassis: The test chamber is made of stainless steel; the top and sides of the chamber are equipped with ventilation and exhaust holes with an inner diameter of 12.5mm.
Ignition System: Utilizes electronic pulse ignition for greater convenience and safety (replacing the outdated electric heating wire ignition, which required frequent replacement of the heating wire); equipped with a gas flow control valve to adjust flame height.
Control System: Employs a microcontroller control system, with automatic timing and positioning of the burner; the flame automatically extinguishes and resets after the ignition time ends.
Timing System: Uses advanced microcontroller control, with an LCD display showing ignition time, afterflame time, and afterglow time; automatically records and saves data.
Protection System: Equipped with a highly sensitive combustible gas leakage alarm device; if combustible gas is detected, it alarms and can automatically cut off the gas and power supply.
