Concrete Drainage Pipe External Pressure Testing Machine

The concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipe testing device is developed in accordance with the national standards "Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" (GB/T 11836-2009) and "Test Methods for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" (GB/T 16752-2010). It adopts a three-point compression mode and is primarily used for external pressure tests on concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes.

1. Overview:

The test apparatus for concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes is developed according to the national standards "Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" (GB/T 11836-2009) and "Test Methods for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" (GB/T 16752-2010). It adopts a three-point compression mode and is mainly suitable for external pressure testing of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes.

2. Main Features

1. The crossbeam uses an electric screw jack for easy adjustment to accommodate drainage pipe tests of different diameters (300-3000mm).

2. The base has a special structure flush with the ground, making it easy to install various types of drainage pipes.

3. The loading system uses microcomputer-controlled hydraulic loading, which is time-saving, labor-saving, smooth, and allows rapid restoration of the test space.

4. The loading speed is constant, automatically controlled by a microcomputer throughout the process, meeting the loading speed requirements specified in the national standard and the holding time requirements at each pressure level, with load control levels programmable by the customer as desired.

5. The crossbeam and piston strokes are equipped with limit protection to ensure the safety of the test process.

6. The software features an automatic force zeroing system, eliminating inconsistencies caused by manual zeroing errors.

7. Dual-system control: manual control system and computer automatic control system. Easy to replace.

8. The test speed, pressure holding point, and pressure holding time can all be programmed and are automatically controlled by the microcomputer.
