Pipe Tension and Compression Testing Machine

Shandong Huayan Microcomputer-controlled Pipe Tensile and Compression Testing Machine features a compact structure and simple operation. It can be applied to force tests such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, and tearing with a maximum load of 300 kN, meeting the room temperature tensile method requirements for pipe specimens as specified in GBT228.1-2021. The main unit adopts high-precision ball screw loading, offering high rigidity and excellent linear motion characteristics. Different load ranges are available as optional configurations.

The Shandong Huayan microcomputer-controlled pipe material tension-compression testing machine features a compact structure and easy operation. It can perform tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, and other force measurement tests with a maximum load of 300 kN, meeting the room-temperature tension testing method for pipe specimens specified in GBT228.1-2021.

The host machine employs a high-precision ball screw for loading, offering high rigidity and excellent linear motion characteristics. By selecting load sensors with different ranges, accurate measurements can be provided for samples ranging from micron-level fibers to fully loaded structural components. Additionally, a wide variety of fixtures, tooling, and deformation measurement accessories enable mechanical testing of various materials and sample types.

The control system adopts microcomputer control with dedicated Test software, which can be used for various metal and non-metal tests on electronic universal testing machines. The software performs real-time measurement and display, data processing, and result output according to corresponding standards. It can display simultaneously various indicators such as force, displacement, deformation, and speed, and provides real-time on-screen display of multiple test curves including force-deformation and force-displacement. These curves can be easily switched, zoomed in/out for convenient observation, and support real-time dynamic curve display.
