(2) Equipment Purpose:
This device is suitable for testing the ability of optical cables to withstand repeated bending. By applying repeated bending forces, it requires that the optical fibers do not break, the attenuation change of the fibers does not exceed the value specified in the cable product details, the cable sheath does not crack, and the core components of the cable are not damaged.

(4) Main technical parameters:

(5) Performance characteristics:
The test machine is mainly used for optical cable bending performance tests, including type tests and factory tests, to determine the cable's ability to withstand bending. The optical cable bending tester mainly consists of a frame, sliding guide rails, a weight hanger, a motor reducer, weights, and a bending mandrel.
(It has bending radii of 100mm, 125mm, and 150mm, and consists of an electrical control box, etc. The principle of the bending fatigue testing machine is to fix both ends of the specimen and apply a preload force.)
When installing the equipment, pay attention to the position of the weight frame. The initial state is: the left weight frame is raised, and the right weight frame is lowered.
The core block of the optical cable clamp should be selected according to the cable's diameter. After placing it into the clamp body, tighten the handle to secure the cable. If the cable is smaller than the clamp's core block, wrap some cloth or similar material around the cable to achieve a secure grip.
Electrical Control Description: The testing machine is controlled by PLC and a touch screen, featuring a user-friendly interface, simple operation, and convenient settings. The driving part of the machine uses a Delta inverter, which provides protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. An emergency stop switch is installed on the control panel.
Use in case of emergencies or when an immediate stop is required. Press it down to activate. To reset, turn it to the right (as indicated by the arrow) after waiting at least 30 seconds.
