This machine applies test force through a hydraulic servo system, with test data displayed on a computer screen. It features high-precision imported servo valves for load holding, multi-level force control, and functions for storing and printing test data. The system consists of four main components: the main unit, control cabinet, servo oil source, and computer control system. A fully digital electro-hydraulic servo controller centered on a computer automatically completes the testing process. It includes two closed-loop control circuits for force and displacement, which can smoothly switch between control modes under any conditions. The system offers intelligent, user-programmable test profiles, constant rate force control, constant rate displacement control, and multiple combinations of test modes, including force holding, to best meet various testing method requirements. Running on a Windows platform, all operations are mouse-controlled, with lifetime free software upgrades. Test data is displayed on the computer screen, and curves of force-time, displacement-time, and force-displacement are automatically plotted and processed. Comprehensive file handling and data storage functions are provided, with test data saved in ASCII format for convenient secondary data processing by users.
