YAW-300C Automatic Cement Flexural and Compressive Testing Machine
The YAW-300C fully automatic cement flexural and compressive testing machine is used for...Compression and flexural strength testing of cement mortar according to GB/T 17671-2021 standard, featuring a dual-station design for dual functionality and space saving.with the advantages of simple operation. It uses a microcomputer to achieve electronic measurement,Automatically complete compressive strength tests, automatically calculate and print reports.widely used in the construction industry and cement production enterprises.
Hydraulic system
The machine adopts a dual-cylinder design, offering high control and measurement precision. Hydraulic oil from the tank is driven by a motor through a high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, passing through a check valve, high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, and servo valve before entering the cylinders. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve, regulating its opening and direction, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinders to achieve precise control of the test force.
Force measurement system
Adopts a high-precision amplifier and A/D converter, with no range switching throughout the process, and displays load, peak value, loading speed, and strength in real time;
Constant speed loading is achieved using a PID closed-loop control strategy, with the loading curve displayed in real time.
Automatic interval timing and continuous testing;
Querying and printing test results is flexible and convenient;
Safety protection device
The overload protection activates and the oil pump motor stops when the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force.
When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the limit switch activates, and the oil pump motor stops.

Test software: capable of data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage, and display.
User Management: Allows creating and editing users, with dual permission management functionality.
Control method: Manual control.
Powerful analysis and processing capabilities:
Users can select common curves (stress-strain, load-deformation, load-time, load-displacement, displacement-time, deformation-time, etc.), perform local magnification (stepless zoom without levels), traverse, move the center point, automatically identify characteristic points (elastic segment, yield point, etc.), overlay multiple curves, manually mark, compare results, preview prints, and manually revise data effectively.
