The WDL series electronic horizontal tensile testing machine is capable of conducting tensile tests on various mine car connectors and link chains. By incorporating a steel frame structure, it converts vertical testing into horizontal testing, thereby expanding the tensile space (which can be extended to over 20 meters, a feature unachievable with vertical testing). This meets the requirements for testing large and full-size specimens. The device is compact and suitable for vehicle mounting, catering to a wide range of customer needs.

This design increases the tensile space (up to more than twenty meters, which vertical testing cannot achieve), meeting the testing requirements of large and full-size samples. The testing machine adopts a welded steel frame structure (according to customer requirements), driven by an AC servo motor to rotate the ball screw, with a load sensor for force measurement. The tensile space can be adjusted in stages according to the sample's specifications and length. The computer screen displays test force and curves, automatically processing data according to test method requirements. This machine is an ideal testing equipment for industries such as coal power enterprises, coal mine machinery, safety production inspection, and technical supervision. It is suitable for tensile and destructive testing of products such as electrical wires and cables, porcelain insulators, double hooks, steel strands, safety belts, waist ropes, foot buckles, etc., offering advantages including convenient operation, slow and steady loading, and strong load-bearing capacity.
