The impact test specimen notch broaching machine is the only tool, apart from optical profile grinding machines domestically and internationally, capable of machining qualified specimen notches. Due to its one-step forming principle, it ensures excellent notch consistency. Currently in China, these machines are mainly categorized into three types: manual notch broaching machines (single cutter), electric notch broaching machines (dual cutters), and hydraulic-electric notch broaching machines (dual cutters). This product meets the requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Charpy pendulum impact test method for metallic materials" (replacing GB/T2106-80). By modifying the structure and replacing key components, it can also meet international standards such as ASTM E23-02a, EN10045, and ISO148.
Product Details
The puller of this machine is made of W18Cr4V, offering high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Each tool can process up to 20,000 samples. The depth of the standard sample notch is 2mm ±0.05. The dedicated puller for sample notches uses the sample end face positioning method, locating at the 1/2 center of the 55mm sample length. If the sample length varies from 55mm, the positioning can be adjusted accordingly. The machine is pre-adjusted to 55mm before delivery.
The electric hydraulic broaching machine for impact test specimens can process two V-shaped or U-shaped notches at a time. It takes only 8 seconds, with simple and reliable operation.
