Shandong Huayan WAW series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is primarily used for mechanical property tests such as tension, compression, and bending of metallic materials, including various steel bars, metal plates, rods, castings, forgings, wires and ropes, bolts, and fasteners. The force capacity can reach up to 2000 kN. Through fully automated closed-loop computer control of high-performance electro-hydraulic servo valves, it performs tests like tension, compression, and bending on metallic materials. It can automatically determine test results such as FM, REH, REL, RPO.2, RP1, RM, and elastic modulus E, meeting the requirements of the new standard GB/T228.1-2021 "Metallic Materials—Tensile Testing at Room Temperature."

This series of models includes two-column and four-column types, both consisting of a high-strength mainframe with a bottom-mounted cylinder and a piano-style oil source control cabinet. Employing microcomputer servo control combined with advanced hydraulic technology, they feature standardized and modular design, accurately measuring mechanical properties of metallic materials such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified proportional extension strength, elongation, and elastic modulus. They meet the requirements of the new standard GB/T228-2021 "Metallic materials—Tensile testing at room temperature," offering high measurement accuracy, ultra-quiet operation, energy efficiency, flexible configuration, easy interchangeability of accessories, and convenient maintenance.
