The JB-W microcomputer-controlled impact testing machine is a new generation high-tech product developed by our company according to GB/T3808-2002 and GB/T229-2007. This impact testing machine is controlled by a microcomputer and a highly reliable PLC controller. It features electric pendulum lifting and impact, with the microcomputer measuring and calculating test results. Impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, pendulum lifting angle and average test results can be directly displayed on the computer and printed in report form. After testing, the machine automatically lifts the pendulum using remaining energy, preparing for the next impact test. Remote data transmission can also be achieved according to user requirements. It offers high work efficiency and high testing accuracy.

Main features:
Significant advantages of software and operating systems
1. The microcomputer screen and dial display data synchronously, equipped with a dual operating system. It can be operated either via the computer mouse or the controller button box, ensuring flexible operation, no interference, and high work efficiency.
2. It can perform continuous testing on hundreds of samples. Manual operation is only required for placing the samples and pressing the start button; all other tasks are fully automated by the testing machine, reducing labor intensity and completely eliminating the possibility of human error in data recording. This feature is especially suitable for metallurgical and mining industries with large testing volumes.
3. Equipped with dedicated, feature-rich pendulum impact test software, which can automatically record test results into a database for storage and retrieval. The software runs on Windows XP, with a Chinese window system interface consistent with the Windows style. Test operations such as pendulum selection, pin withdrawal, impact, and pendulum release can all be completed on the computer screen using a mouse.
4. A semi-enclosed protective cover made of high-strength material encompasses the entire pendulum trajectory, preventing broken specimens from flying out and causing injury, thus minimizing harm from accidental operation and ensuring operator safety.
