Microcomputer-controlled Fully Automatic Low-Temperature Impact Testing Machine (-196℃)

This series comprises microcomputer-controlled ultra-low temperature impact testing machines, available in multiple impact energy models including 300J, 500J, 450J, and 750J. They utilize two refrigeration methods: compressor cooling (-80°C) and liquid nitrogen cooling (-196°C). All operations—such as pendulum lifting, pendulum hanging, feeding, positioning, impact, and temperature adjustment—are electrically and mechanically controlled by the microcomputer. The system displays material impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum angle, and test average values on the computer interface, and allows printing of both current test data and average results. It is equipped with a dedicated automatic feeding device for sample delivery and automatic fracture surface positioning.

This series of microcomputer-controlled ultra-low temperature impact testing machines includes models with impact energies of 300J, 500J, 450J, and 750J. The machines use either compressor refrigeration (-80°C) or liquid nitrogen refrigeration (-196°C). Controlled by microcomputer, all functions including pendulum lifting, pendulum hanging, specimen feeding, positioning, impact, and temperature adjustment are automatically operated. The computer displays impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, pendulum lifting angle, and test average values, and can print the test data and average values. Equipped with an automatic feeding device, the machine enables automatic cross-section positioning of specimens. The time from specimen removal to impact is no more than 2 seconds, meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact test method. This equipment is essential for testing the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic load, and is widely used in metallurgical machinery manufacturing and research institutions for material testing and new material research.

Equipment Features

1. This machine adopts fully automatic control; the pendulum lifting, pendulum hanging, material feeding, positioning, impact, and temperature adjustment are all electrically and mechanically controlled. It is equipped with a dedicated feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic cross-section positioning of specimens. The time from specimen removal to impact is no more than 2 seconds, meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact test method. After the impact test, the remaining energy is utilized to automatically lift the pendulum, preparing for the next test, resulting in high working efficiency;

2. The main unit is equipped with safety protection pins and a safety protection net.

3. The testing machine complies with Chinese standard GB/T 3803-2002 "Verification of pendulum impact testing machines," and performs impact tests on metallic materials according to Chinese standard GB/T 229-2007 "Charpy V-notch impact test method for metallic materials."
