This series of models features digital display impact testing machines, with test results shown on a touchscreen (rebound angle β value and work done by the pendulum on the specimen, AK value). Controlled by PLC and operated via a touchscreen, the machine performs electric pendulum lifting, pin withdrawal, and impact. It uses the residual energy after specimen fracture to automatically lift the pendulum, preparing for the next test. An optional micro printer can print test data, including: AK value, impact toughness ak value, average work of three specimens (AK/3), as well as time and sequence numbers.
The testing machine is developed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 3808-2002 "Verification of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". It conducts impact tests on metallic materials according to the national standard GB/T 229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials", using specimens with a cross-section of 10×10mm. The machine has a large impact energy and is mainly used for testing the impact toughness of ferrous metals with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys. It is suitable for metallurgy, machinery manufacturing plants, pressure vessel factories, and other industries where a large number of impact tests are required. Note: The mini printer is an optional configuration.
Main features:
1. The LCD display and dial display data simultaneously, equipped with a dual-display system that operates independently without interference, offering flexible operation and high work efficiency.
2. It can continuously test hundreds of samples. Manual operation is only required for placing the samples and pressing the action button; all other tasks are fully automated by the testing machine, reducing labor intensity and completely eliminating the possibility of human error in data recording. This feature makes it especially suitable for metallurgical and mining industries with high testing volumes.
3、The semi-enclosed protective cover, made of high-strength material, encompasses the entire pendulum trajectory, preventing broken specimens from flying out and causing injury, thus minimizing harm from accidental operation and ensuring safety.
