Wire Repeated Bending Testing Machine

This testing machine is primarily used for the repeated bending test of metal wires, to examine their ability to withstand plastic deformation during repeated bending and to reveal any defects. It is suitable for metal wires with diameters ranging from φ0.3 to φ1, φ1 to φ6, and φ6 to φ10.

1. Main Uses and Applicable Scope

This testing machine is mainly used for repeated bending tests on metal wires to evaluate their ability to withstand plastic deformation and reveal defects under repeated bending. With the plate clamping device, it can also perform bending tests on plate specimens.

This machine is widely used in the steel and construction industries, as well as in the production and usage of wire ropes, electrical wires, and cables.

Suitable for metal wires with diameters of φ0.3-φ1, φ1-φ6, and φ6-φ10. Equipped with special fixtures, it can also perform bending tests on other metal specifications.
