Steel Bar Bending Testing Machine

The HYJW-50 steel bar bending tester is a testing device designed for performing both forward and reverse plane bending tests on Grade III threaded steel bars ranging from Φ6 to Φ50mm. Depending on the diameter and application of the steel bar, different bending mandrel sleeves can be equipped to easily and conveniently complete the forward and reverse bending tests. It complies with the standard requirements of GB/T1499.2-2018 "Steel for the Reinforcement of Concrete - Part 2: Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars," GB/T28900-2012 "Test Methods for Steel Bars Used in Reinforced Concrete," and YB/T5126-2003 "Test Method for Bending and Reverse Bending of Steel Bars for Reinforced Concrete."

The HYJW-50 steel bar bending tester is a testing device for performing forward and reverse bending tests on steel bars in a flat plane. Its main technical parameters and specifications meet the requirements of standards GB/T1499.2-2018 "Steel for reinforced concrete - Part 2: Hot-rolled ribbed steel bars," GB/T28900-2012 "Test methods for steel used in reinforced concrete," and YB/T5126-2003 "Test methods for bending and reverse bending of reinforced concrete steel bars." It is an essential testing device for steel mills and construction companies to inspect the reverse bending performance of threaded steel bars, and is also suitable for on-site steel bar bending in the construction industry, achieving dual use for both testing and construction purposes.
