Steel Pipe Bending Testing Machine

The HYGW-60 steel pipe bending tester is a specialized device for conducting flat bending tests on metal steel pipes. It is primarily designed for performing flat bending experiments on steel pipes with an outer diameter not exceeding φ60.3. For steel pipes of different nominal diameters, simply replace the corresponding bending mandrel sleeve to carry out any flat bending test within a range of 0-180°.

HYGW-60 steel pipe bending tester is a specialized device for conducting plane bending tests on metal pipes. This equipment complies with the metal pipe bending test methods specified in standards including GB/T244-2020, ISO8491:1998, GB/T 14291-2006, GB/T13793-2016, GB/T3091-2015, and GB/T8162-2008. It is suitable for plane bending tests of various steel pipes with an outer diameter no larger than 60.3mm (≤Φ60.3mm). By simply replacing the corresponding bending die set, adjusting the bending radius, and changing the rollers, tests can be conducted on steel pipes of different nominal sizes. The equipment offers reliable accuracy, convenient operation, and a long service life, making it currently one of the more advanced pipe bending test machines available.
