The YAW-300D microcomputer-controlled constant stress pressure testing machine is a new generation of testing instrument developed by our company, suitable for research institutions and industrial/mining enterprises. It features a simple structure, low noise, and high precision, avoiding the leakage and high noise issues of hydraulic systems. It meets the requirements of the SY/T 5108-2006 standard for performance indicators and recommended testing methods of fracturing proppants, and is used for crush tests on quartz stone and artificial sintered ceramsite. It can also be widely applied to pressure testing of concrete, bricks, and other materials within a 300 kN range. The machine uses high-precision load sensors, achieving higher overall accuracy. With a compact structure, easy maintenance, attractive appearance, high precision, and full functionality, it is an ideal testing instrument for research institutions and fracturing proppant manufacturers.
