The machine is equipped with data processing and control software based on the Windows operating system, enabling on-screen display of test force, peak force, crosshead displacement, sample deformation, and test curves. All test operations can be completed by mouse input on the computer screen, offering an intuitive interface and convenient operation.


Three、Mechanical structure
The machine features a gantry structure with the entire drive section located inside the bottom of the equipment. The base frame is constructed by welding structural steel and steel plates. The pressing plates are made from carbon steel plates with high compressive strength and rigidity, precisely machined. Multiple high-precision pressure sensors are evenly distributed on the pressing plate surface, ensuring accuracy and uniformity of test results.
