Stone Flexural Testing MachineComplies with GB/T9966.2-2001 "Test Methods for Natural Facing Stones" and GB/T19766-2005 standards. Used for testing the flexural strength of building materials such as clay bricks and tiles, concrete hollow bricks, cement tiles, and marble. Features a variable-speed motor drive; the motor moves the fixture vertically through a transmission mechanism to apply test loads. Controlled and measured by a fully digital closed-loop control system, with a microcomputer dynamically displaying the test process and curves, handling data processing, and allowing data re-analysis and editing after testing.

TwoOperation Steps
1. Bending strength in dry condition.
(1) Dry the sample in an oven at 105℃±2℃ for 24 hours, then cool it to room temperature in a desiccator.
(2) Adjust the distance between the lower support seats with an error within ±1.0mm. Place the specimen between the upper and lower supports according to the marked support positions on the specimen. Under normal circumstances, the decorative surface of the specimen should be in a bent and stretched state, meaning the decorative surface faces downward on the support seats.
(3) Apply load to the specimen at a rate of 1800N ±50N per minute until the specimen fails. Record the failure load value (F), accurate to 10N.
(4) Use a vernier caliper to measure the scale (K) and thickness (H) of the specimen's fracture surface, accurate to 0.1 mm.
2. Flexural strength in water-saturated condition
(1) Sample preparation: Place the sample in clean water at 20°C ± 2°C for 48 hours. After removal, wipe the surface moisture off the sample with a wrung-out wet towel and conduct the test immediately.
(2) Adjust the distance between the support brackets with an error within ±1.0 mm. Place the specimen between the upper and lower brackets according to the marked support positions on the specimen. Under normal circumstances, the decorative surface of the specimen should be in a bent and stretched state, meaning the decorative surface faces downward on the support brackets.
3. Connect to the power supply (220V power plug), turn on the knob power switch, and release the emergency stop switch (rotate the red mushroom head clockwise).
4. Press the ▼ button to allow the specimen to be placed on the fixture.
5. Press the ▲ button to adjust the distance between the specimen and the upper pressure plate, making it close to the specimen but not yet in contact.
6. Press the reset button to zero the device.
7. Press the function key, press the ↓ key, select the new test plan, and press OK.
8. Enter the parameters according to the prompt, then confirm.
9. Press the test button to start the test.
10. After the test, press ↓ to view the test results.
11. At the end of the test, turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, and clean the fixtures.
