Rock Uniaxial Compression Testing Machine

The uniaxial compressive strength of rock, abbreviated as compressive strength, refers to the ultimate compressive stress value at which a rock specimen fails under uniaxial compression. It is expressed in pressure units of MPa. The formula is R = F/A, where F is the total pressure at which the specimen fails (in N), and A is the cross-sectional area of the specimen. Commonly used compressive strength indicators in engineering include dry compressive strength, saturated compressive strength, and compressive strength after freezing.

The uniaxial compressive strength of rock, abbreviated as compressive strength, refers to the ultimate compressive stress value at which a rock specimen fails under unidirectional compression. It is expressed in pressure units of MPa. R = F/A, where: F is the total pressure at which the specimen fails (N); A is the cross-sectional area of the specimen. Commonly used compressive strength indicators in engineering include dry compressive strength, saturated compressive strength, and compressive strength after freezing.

Measurement: The uniaxial compressive strength of rock refers to the ultimate failure strength obtained when the specimen is compressed in only one direction. This means the rock specimen is placed between the upper and lower pressure plates of a testing machine and compressed until failure, at which point the pressure strength is measured. The measurement is generally conducted using a uniaxial compressive strength apparatus.

This series of products fully complies with the requirements of GB/T2611-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines," JJF1103-2003 "Evaluation of Computer Data Acquisition Systems for Testing Machines," JJG139-1999 "Verification Regulation for Tension, Pressure, and Universal Testing Machines," and GB/T16826-2008 "Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machines." It can perform uniaxial compression deformation and compressive strength tests on rocks in accordance with standards such as GB/T50266-2013 "Standard for Test Methods of Engineering Rock Masses."
