Main use
WEW Series with Digital DisplayHydraulicUniversal Testing MachinePrimarily used for mechanical property tests on metal materials, such as tension, compression, bending, and shear. With simple test fixtures, it can also test transmission chains, mine three-ring chains, high-strength bolt assemblies, as well as cement, concrete, rubber, and their products.
The machine features a four-column, double-screw, and bottom-mounted cylinder structure, with a piano-style hydraulic control cabinet. The tensile space is located above the main unit, while the compression, bending, and shear tests are conducted below the main unit, between the movable beam and the worktable. Adjustment of the test space is achieved by moving the position of the middle beam, which is driven by a gear-reduction motor and chain transmission. By manually adjusting the oil inlet valve, the testing speed for tension, compression, bending, and other material tests can be controlled. After the test, the computer automatically calculates material properties such as elastic modulus, tensile strength, upper and lower yield strength, specified non-proportional extension strength, total elongation at maximum force, elongation after fracture, and reduction of area. It can directly output standard test reports and curves, and also export statistical reports in Excel and Word formats.
Performance Features
1. The main frame adopts a four-column high-rigidity structural design, ensuring stable support, smooth loading, and an attractive appearance;
2. The mainframe base is precision-cast with QT500-7 material, reducing operational noise and enhancing structural rigidity;
3. The moving beam and upper beam are both precision cast and CNC precision machined to ensure accurate alignment of the specimen clamping.
4. The moving beam lifting system uses a ground screw and precision gear reducer to reduce noise during beam elevation and lowering;
5. The specially designed jaw seat prevents damage caused by flared deformation, thereby extending the equipment's service life;
6. The jaw has a high hardness of 58-62 HRC, offering the advantages of convenient installation, durability, and sturdiness;
7. The measurement and control system operates at high speed with a user-friendly interface and multiple sample information input modes, capable of meeting testing requirements for different materials;
8. Convenient sample information entry; inputting sample information once under the same conditions allows testing of multiple samples.
9. Under the same conditions, test samples can have their test curves superimposed for display, clearly showing material stability;
10. The test force display has high accuracy, and the resolution remains constant throughout the entire range to ensure the accuracy of experimental data measurements;
11. Test data (test force, loading rate) and test curves are dynamically displayed in real-time on the screen during the test process;
12. The machine automatically shuts down for overload protection when the load exceeds 3-5% of the full scale.
