1. Main Uses
The microcomputer display hydraulic universal testing machine developed and manufactured by Shandong Huayan Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. adopts a microcomputer desktop oil source and an integrated electrical control cabinet, featuring an elegant design and a fully digital display control system. The testing machine realizes tensile, compressive, and bending tests by manually adjusting the oil inlet valve. Test results are displayed and processed on the microcomputer screen, with the capability of automatic data analysis, fully meeting the requirements of GB/T 228.1-2021 "Metallic materials - Tensile testing at ambient temperature". The screen display control system is equipped with a network interface for convenient laboratory networking and transmission of test results. It is suitable for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests on metallic materials. After testing, the system automatically calculates FM, REH, REL, RPO.2, RP1, RM, and elastic modulus E. With appropriate accessories and software, it can also test non-metallic materials such as wood, cement, concrete, rubber, and their products.
2. Performance Features:
1. The specially designed extra-thick jaw seat fully encloses the jaws when holding the specimen, ensuring more reliable grip and eliminating the possibility of deformation or damage caused by shallow jaw seats. This significantly extends the equipment's service life.
2. Wear-resistant liners have been added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamping plate to prevent scale from metal during stretching from falling into the jaw seat, which can cause damage to the inclined surface, making the clamping process smoother and the grip more secure.
3. The measurement and control software is based on the Chinese Windows XP operating system platform, offering fast operation speed and a user-friendly interface.
