Main use
The LAW series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand tensile testing machine is mainly used for testing and analyzing the tensile strength of prestressed steel strands. The test operation and data processing comply with the requirements of GB/T5224-2014 "Prestressed Concrete Steel Strands."
The machine consists of a host with a bottom-mounted hydraulic cylinder and a piano-style hydraulic power control cabinet. The oil pump is an imported low-noise, high-performance gear pump from Marzocchi, Italy. The tensile space is located above the host, while the compression and bending tests are conducted below the host, between the middle beam and the worktable. Adjustment of the test space is achieved by moving the middle beam, which is driven by a chain transmission system. A computer-controlled high-performance electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve automatically conducts tests for tension, compression, and bending on various materials. After testing, the system automatically captures key results such as FM, RPO.2, RM, and Ft.
Performance Features
1. The specially designed thick jaw seat fully contains the steel strand during tensioning, ensuring that the steel strand specimen breaks in the middle.
2. The high-hardness (HRC68-70) extended jaws increase the clamping pitch and contact area, and the hydraulic automatic clamping ensures a more secure grip on the sample, reducing slippage.
3. Wear-resistant liners have been added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamping plate, preventing oxide scale from falling into the jaw seat during metal stretching and causing scratches on the inclined surface, making the clamping process smoother and the grip more secure.
4. Features multiple control modes including constant stress rate, constant strain rate, constant displacement rate, tension control, and program editor. Various control modes can be seamlessly switched and maintained during the test.
5. The measurement and control software is based on the Chinese Windows XP operating system platform, featuring fast operation speed, user-friendly interface, menu prompts, mouse operation, multiple sample information input modes, and can meet testing requirements for different materials. For samples with the same conditions, batch generation can be automatically completed with one input, and condition templates can also be created.
6. After the test is automatically completed, the sample information, test data, and test curves are automatically saved.
7. Automatically switches to the appropriate range based on test force or material deformation to ensure accurate measurement of test data.
8. Test data (test force, displacement, deformation), loading status, and test curves are dynamically displayed in real time on the screen during the test process.
9. Depending on actual needs, curves such as stress-strain, force-displacement, force-time, and displacement-time can be selected for display, analysis, and printing.
10. The system automatically shuts down due to overload protection when the load exceeds 2%-5% of the full scale.
11. It can automatically search for all relevant historical records based on conditions such as sample details, test dates, and test data.
12. The software reserves a database interface, facilitating local area network connectivity between laboratories and enabling efficient management of experimental data.
