This machine is mainly used for static anchorage efficiency coefficient, ultimate tensile strain, anchor plate strength, and cyclic load performance testing of steel strand-anchor assemblies, fixtures, and connectors in infrastructure construction such as railways, highways, bridges, and water conservancy projects. It can perform standard testing of prestressed anchor assemblies in accordance with GB/T14370-2015 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressing Steels" under servo-controlled conditions. It is a specialized device for factory inspection and type testing by prestressed anchor manufacturers, on-site acceptance by major engineering users, and quality testing by supervisory departments. The equipment features a wide-speed-adjustment digital servo valve and microcomputer control technology, forming a fully automatic closed-loop speed control system capable of accurately controlling and measuring the entire test process. Designed and manufactured according to national standards such as GB/T14370-2015 and GB/T2611-2007 "General Technical Conditions for Testing Machines," the system consists of a horizontal main unit, high-pressure servo hydraulic power unit, front-clamping jack, mobile high-pressure oil source, and a microcomputer control system.
■ Standard testing of prestressed anchor components can be conducted under servo-controlled conditions in accordance with GB/T14370-2015 "Anchors, Grips and Couplers for Prestressing Steel."
■ Equipped with two control channels for load and displacement, and three corresponding control modes: force, stress, and displacement, which can be randomly or freely switched between. PID parameters can be adjusted online.
■ Capable of constant rate load, stress, displacement control and constant load, stress, displacement control, with stepless speed regulation.
■Automatically draws various test curves such as force-displacement, force-time, and displacement-time, automatically edits test reports, and prints them in real time.
■ The measuring system has automatic zeroing and calibration functions, and performs continuous full-range measurement without switching ranges.
■ Multiple color curves can be grouped and compared, and any segment of the test curve can be selected for regional zoom analysis. Various test curves can be displayed interchangeably during the test.
■ Features a powerful database and multiple interface formats for users to choose from, helping users achieve local network communication.
■ Capable of inputting original test parameters. Features multiple protection measures such as pressure and piston limit protection.
■The oil cylinder piston assembly (tensioning jack) is a high-pressure center-through type, capable of withstanding pressures greater than 50MPa.
■ The protective assembly consists of two parts: a protective mesh cover and a mobile sand barrier. The protective mesh cover is made of shaped steel and metal mesh, and is installed on the top and both sides of the main unit, with left and right sections. The mobile sand barrier is constructed by welding steel plates and equipped with wheels at the bottom for movement.
