The microcomputer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine is manufactured according to the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Specifications for Spring Tension and Compression Testing Machines," specifically designed for spring inspection. It is mainly used to test the strength of various springs and elastic components—measuring the test force under a given deformation (or residual height), or determining the residual height or deformation under a given test force. The machine features test force display, speed setting, batch testing, as well as limit and overload protection functions.
Different test plans can be created according to requirements. Multiple batches can be set up under one plan for batch testing. Data is collected and curves are plotted in real time during testing. A large Access database is used for data storage, making it convenient for users to share resources and perform further analysis. Test data is automatically processed and saved upon completion, allowing随时 review of results and printing of test reports, with customizable report formats based on user needs. The processing of test data by the testing machine fully complies with the standards for spring testing machines.

Control Methods: Multiple control methods are employed, as described below:
a) Set the test force P and measure the spring's deformation F.
b) Set the deformation F and measure the spring's test force P.
c) Set the test force P and measure the residual height H of the spring;
d) Set the residual height H of the spring and measure the test force P;
Ten inspection points can be set. The spring can be pre-compressed to a set height, and the number of pre-compression cycles can be freely set.
Batch testing greatly facilitates user operation; after setting the number of tests, the testing machine automatically performs the tests according to the set number without manual intervention.
High-speed approach and low-speed data collection during the test ensure efficient and accurate data acquisition by the testing machine.
Set the test speed manually, and the machine will automatically return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Equipped with an automatic shutdown function for overload protection.
The manual fine feed device can achieve precise feed under various load conditions, facilitating calibration and fine adjustment of displacement.
For spring testing, it can automatically calculate the segment stiffness P of compression springs./The calculation formula is as follows: spring stiffness P/=(P2—P1)/(F2—F1)
