WDW Microcomputer-controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine (Gantry Type)

This machine can perform mechanical performance testing and analysis on metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, plastics and rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, and construction engineering, as well as in departments like higher education institutions, research organizations, technical supervision, and quality inspection stations.

Main use

This machine can perform mechanical property testing and analysis on metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, plastics and rubber, ceramics and building materials, metal materials, and construction engineering, as well as in institutions of higher education, research organizations, technical supervision, and quality inspection stations.

Different fixtures can be selected according to GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN standards to perform tension, compression, bending, peeling, shear, tearing, puncture, and bursting tests, measuring parameters such as yield strength, tensile (compressive, bending) strength, elongation, non-proportional strength, and elastic modulus.

The control system software is based on the Windows operating system, offering fast operation, a user-friendly interface, and simple operation, meeting the testing and measurement needs of various materials. If required, the software can be customized and expanded according to user specifications.

Measurement system:

Load measurement: A 0.05% FS high-stability, high-precision wheel-spoke tension-compression sensor is used, combined with a high-performance measurement amplification system, ensuring high resolution of the test force.

Measurement of specimen deformation: Using a large deformation measurement system or electronic extensometer (for small deformation measurement), a 24-bit A/D conversion microcontroller collects data, which is processed by a computer to achieve deformation measurement of the specimen.

Displacement measurement: A 2000P/R high-precision optical encoder is coaxially rotated with a precision screw to measure displacement (i.e., the relative displacement between upper and lower jaws) through a digital circuit.

Drive Control System

The machine adopts a dual-space portal structure, with the upper space for tension and the lower space for compression and bending. The main frame consists of columns, upper beam, middle beam, and worktable. The speed control system, located beneath the worktable, uses a high-precision, wide-range, and stable servo motor to drive the ball screw pair via a synchronous toothed belt reduction system. The ball screw pair then drives the middle beam, moving the tension (or compression, bending) fixtures up and down to apply and release load on the specimen. This design offers advantages of high rigidity, high efficiency, and stable transmission.

Test Force Control System

It adopts computer and advanced electronic technology to achieve standardized and modular control, featuring smooth loading, accurate measurement, and high-frequency data acquisition. It automatically collects and processes test data, draws various curves, and prints test reports.

Protective device

Equipped with protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, and leakage.
