Lightning Arrester Bending and Tensile Testing Machine

The Huayan microcomputer-controlled lightning arrester bending and tensile testing machine is primarily used for testing mechanical performance indicators such as tension, compression, and bending of lightning arresters. Equipped with specialized bending and tensile fixtures for lightning arresters, it can perform bending and tensile performance tests, mainly for detecting the bending strength of various types of lightning arresters, including zinc oxide arresters, valve-type arresters, and expulsion-type arresters.

The Huarui microcomputer-controlled arrester bending and tensile testing machine is primarily used to test mechanical properties of arresters, including tension, compression, and bending. Equipped with specialized arrester bending and tensile fixtures, it can perform bending and tensile tests, and is mainly used for detecting bending strength of various arresters such as zinc oxide arresters, valve-type arresters, and tube-type arresters. The system uses closed-loop microcomputer control and features a wide and accurate load application speed and force measurement range, offering high precision and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load and displacement. This equipment complies with test standards including GB/T 11032-2016 "Metal Oxide Surge Arresters without Gaps for AC Systems," JB-T 8952-2018 "Polymer-Housed Metal Oxide Surge Arresters without Gaps for AC Systems," and GB 11032-2016 "Zinc Oxide Surge Arresters."
