1. Main Uses
This series of models is mainly used to test the mechanical properties of materials under non-room temperature conditions (-60°C to 300°C). The outer wall of the environmental chamber is made of cold-rolled iron plate with a spray coating, while the inner wall is made of stainless steel plate, ensuring precise temperature control and rapid temperature adjustment. The chamber adopts a rail sliding structure, better meeting the requirements for high and low-temperature environment testing. The chamber is equipped with movable wheels, allowing it to be moved aside when not in use. This design enables both high and low-temperature mechanical testing as well as room-temperature mechanical testing, making the machine versatile, convenient, and efficient. The environmental chamber offers temperature options from -60°C to 300°C, and the main unit offers a force range of 0-300 kN.
The machine is equipped with data processing and control software based on the Windows operating system, enabling on-screen display of test force, peak force, crosshead displacement, specimen deformation, and test curves. All test operations can be completed by mouse input on the computer screen, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The system allows closed-loop control of test force, specimen deformation, and crosshead displacement, and can perform constant force, constant displacement, constant strain, constant rate loading cycles, and constant rate deformation cycles.
