The Impact Specimen Notch Projector is designed and developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for impact specimen notches specified in GB/T229-2007 "Metallic Materials—Charpy Notch Impact Test Method." It is a specialized inspection device used to determine whether the notches of impact specimens meet the required standards. The instrument utilizes the principle of optical projection to compare the U and V notches of the tested impact specimens with standard templates to verify if the processing of the specimens is qualified. This equipment is easy to operate, provides intuitive inspection and comparison, and offers high efficiency, making it an essential inspection tool in the processing of impact specimens.
Note: Special customization is required for the projection inspection of U3mm and U5mm notches.
