Material Torque Testing Machine

The microcomputer-controlled material torsion testing machine is primarily used for testing the torsional mechanical properties of materials and finished products at room temperature, and it can also be employed for performance tests such as torsional failure of materials and finished products.

The microcomputer-controlled material torsion testing machine is mainly used for detecting the torsional mechanical properties of materials and finished products at room temperature, and can also perform torsion failure tests. The test specimens are installed between adjustable fixtures, accommodating different specimen requirements. The machine is computer-controlled with software that synchronously displays torque-time, torsion angle-time, torque-torsion angle, and torque-rotation angle curves. It also displays real-time parameters such as angle, torque, and peak torque. Test results can be stored and printed.

The host adopts a horizontal structure. The left end of the torque disc is connected to the sensor and serves as the fixed end, while the right end is loaded by an AC servo motor through a cycloid reducer to drive the force-applying disc. By applying load to the specimen, torque is transmitted to the torque disc for testing. The loading system can move along the guide rail to adjust the test space.

This testing machine meets the data processing requirements of JB/T9370—1999 "Technical Specifications for Torsion Testing Machines" and GB/T10128—2007 "Metal Torsion Testing Method at Room Temperature".
