The Shandong Huayan metal wire twist and winding combined machine is mainly used for testing the twist and winding of metal wires with diameters from Ф1 to Ф10mm, detecting the number of twists and observing surface defects after winding.
This machine is a horizontal main unit, motor-loaded, with a rotary sensor to detect the number of torsion turns, and an LCD screen to display the number of torsion and winding turns. The machine features two independent testing functions—torsion testing and winding testing—that do not interfere with each other. It is simple to operate, convenient to use, stable and reliable in performance, and low in operating cost.
