Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Manhole Cover Pressure Testing Machine

Microcomputer-controlled manhole cover pressure testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with industry or national standards such as GB/T 23858-2009 "Manhole Covers", GB/T 26537-2011 "Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Manhole Covers", CJ/T3012-1993 "Cast Iron Manhole Covers", CJ/T121-2000 "Recycled Resin Composite Manhole Covers", and JC889-2001 "Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Manhole Covers". It is used for testing the load-bearing capacity of manhole covers.

The microcomputer-controlled manhole cover pressure testing machine features a high-rigidity structure to ensure safety during the test process. An ultra-precision oil filter is selected to maintain oil system cleanliness, thereby ensuring the long-term operation of control components. Designed and manufactured according to industry or national standards such as GB/T 23858-2009 "Manhole Covers," GB/T 26537-2011 "Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Manhole Covers," CJ/T 3012-1993 "Cast Iron Manhole Covers," CJ/T 121-2000 "Recycled Resin Composite Material Manhole Covers," and JC 889-2001 "Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Manhole Covers," it is used for testing the load-bearing capacity of manhole covers. Its structural performance fully complies with the test specification requirements. Users can program on-site according to testing needs, achieving automatic closed-loop control of cyclic loading, loading speed, and loading waveform. (As specified by standards, the loading process is a cyclic waveform loading.) In short, each index specified in the national standard can be programmed, enabling full automation of the entire testing process without manual intervention.
