1.Main use
The Shandong Huayan WAW series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for mechanical property tests such as tension, compression, and bending of metal materials, including various steel bars, metal plates, rods, castings, forgings, cables, ropes, bolts, and fasteners. The maximum force capacity reaches 2000 kN. It uses a high-performance electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled automatically by a computer to perform tension, compression, and bending tests on metallic materials. The machine can automatically calculate test results such as FM, REH, REL, RPO.2, RP1, RM, and the elastic modulus E, meeting the requirements of the new standard GB/T228.1-2021, "Metallic materials—Tensile testing at ambient temperature."
This series of models includes two-column and four-column types, both consisting of a high-strength mainframe with a bottom-mounted cylinder and a piano-style oil source control cabinet. Employing microcomputer servo control combined with advanced hydraulic technology, they feature standardized and modular design, accurately measuring mechanical properties of metallic materials such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified proportional extension strength, elongation, and elastic modulus. They meet the requirements of the new standard GB/T228-2021 "Metallic Materials - Tensile Testing at Room Temperature," offering high measurement accuracy, ultra-quiet operation, energy efficiency, flexible configuration, easy interchangeability of accessories, and convenient maintenance.
