Shandong Huayan Microcomputer-controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine features a compact structure and user-friendly operation, making it suitable for tensile, compression, bending, shear, peel, tear, and other force tests with a maximum load capacity of 300 kN. The main unit utilizes high-precision Taiwan-made HIWIN ball screws for loading, offering high rigidity, excellent linear motion characteristics, low noise, and smooth transmission. With optional load sensors of different ranges, it provides precise testing for samples ranging from micron-level fibers to full-load structural components.

Feature Introduction:

The Shandong Huayan microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine features a compact structure and easy operation. It can perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear, peeling, and tear tests with a maximum load capacity of 300 kN.

The host machine employs a high-precision ball screw for loading, offering high rigidity and excellent linear motion characteristics. By selecting load sensors with different ranges, accurate measurements can be provided for samples ranging from micron-level fibers to fully loaded structural components. Additionally, a wide variety of fixtures, tooling, and deformation measurement accessories enable mechanical testing of various materials and sample types.

The control system adopts computer control with dedicated Test software, which can be used for electronic universal testing machines to perform various tests on metals and non-metals, completing real-time measurement, display, data processing, and result output in accordance with relevant standards. It can display simultaneously various parameters such as load, displacement, deformation, and speed, providing real-time on-screen display of multiple test curves including load-deformation and load-displacement curves, which can be easily switched and zoomed for convenient observation. Dynamic curve display is also available in real time. Test solutions cover medical devices, biomaterials, textiles, elastomers, food, small components, wires, paper, plastics, films, and more.
