Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine for the Power Industry

The electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine for the power industry adopts an integrated steel plate welded frame structure. The test force is applied through a reverse frame composed of a single-rod double-acting piston cylinder, moving crossbeam tie rods, and a front tension head. The specimen is connected via pin shafts, and the force is measured by a load sensor. The tensile space of the rear tension head can be adjusted stepwise based on the specimen's specifications and length. The rear tension head is adjusted electrically with a减速 mechanism and manually fixed to both sides of the frame using locking pins. The test force is applied through a reverse frame consisting of a single-rod double-acting piston cylinder, moving crossbeam tie rods, and a front tension head. Specimens are connected via pin shafts, and force is measured using a load sensor. The rear tension head's stretching space can be stepwise adjusted according to the specimen's specifications and length. Adjustment of the rear tension head is done electrically via a reduction mechanism and manually fixed using locking pins on both sides of the frame. Test force and curves are displayed on a computer screen, and data is automatically processed according to testing method requirements. This machine is mainly suitable for tensile testing of flexible components such as power fittings, electrical wires and cables, double hooks, chain hoists, steel wire ropes, lifting slings, rigging accessories, anchor rods, anchor chains, aluminum conductor steel-reinforced cables, and wire tighteners.
