Device Functions
Fatigue performance testing of material samples:
(1) Fatigue control method 1: Constant deformation fatigue test, with force-time curve, deformation amplitude-cycle curve, and sine wave curve.
(2) Fatigue control method 2: Constant force fatigue test, with deformation-time curve, force amplitude-cycle curve, and sine wave curve.
(3) The software supports test frequencies from 0.01 to 20Hz. The actual frequency varies depending on the specimen's deformation, typically decreasing when the deformation is larger.
(4) Determine whether the material sample is qualified by detecting the number of uses or the degree of force decay.
(5) During the test, if the sample is damaged or the force value decays to the set value, the machine can automatically stop. If the test is not completed on the first day, it can continue on the following days accordingly.
